Sparrow Bakery

There is this little place off the beaten path in Bend called the Sparrow Bakery. I absolutely love this little place. The building is quaint and so pleasing to my eye. I loved shooting it. The VW van apparently belonged to a worker there. It was a great old van in pristine condition. I just really liked the color and stuff.

Old Mill in Bend

Out and about with my fellow photographer friend Kathy. We try to get together for a nice relaxing day of driving around and shooting pictures just for fun. We find random things that strike our fancy. Often when we look at what each other posts from these trips there are a lot of almost identicly shot and developed shots. We have a lot of the same vision. I also really enjoy patterns, details and architectual lines. The following are some shot down and around the Old Mill district in Bend. The weather that day was fantastic, sunny and then these big ominous clouds rolled in, and then blew out again.

Tumalo Falls

Took a trip to Tumalo Falls at the end of August. Took a couple of shots that I liked. It was a grat day to visit and walk. But the bees were out in force so the picnic part was not so much fun, ended up eating lunch in my car with the windows rolled up and bees bouncing off the glass.

Triple Threat!

Triple threat is this trio of goofy teenagers that were having a ball trying all different kinds of things. We all laughed so hard, that though these pictures are not award winning quality, they make me giggle every time I see them. I guess you really had to be there. But it was great fun, my Kaitlin seems to be a little jumping impaired, but she was a good sport and did her best. It was a hoot and it amazes me how high these kids can jump and still land on their feet.

They were really getting into their roll playing. If I would of had props they would of really had a good time.

Kaitlin & Monika

Kait and Monika are great friends and have a yearly tradition of getting a few shots together. Here are a couple favorites.

Monika and Armin

Monika and Armin are siblings and friends of the family. I took their individual photos and caught a few cute sibling poses too.
